Message	Friendly reminder that in some (most?) states cars with a model year, not manufacture date, over 25 years are considered a classic. This is especially helpful in the parts of Texas that require emissions as all you need now is the $7 safety inspection! And that's even more important now since you can't register without passing inspection.
